I have a pretty interesting diet. I don’t really fit into one of the general labels. I’m not vegetarian, vegan, or pescetarian. Who needs a label? I don’t eat any meat aside from seafood. I also don’t eat dairy. I’m pretty healthy overall and most of the meals I eat are plant-based. I use as little oil as possible when cooking, but I’m not the sort of health freak that eats super bland food. Seasoning is your friend, people.
